Injuries to wrist ligaments are common occurrences. However, the anatomical complexity of ligamentous structures of the wrist can complicate the diagnosis and treatment of these injuries. Although existing articles provide in depth reviews of injury patterns, diagnosis, and treatment for specific ligaments or groups of like ligaments, there is a paucity of literature providing concise yet thorough review of clinically relevant wrist ligament injuries with evidence-based discussion of current diagnostic and treatment modalities. This series of illustrations was created to provide the reader with an overview of relevant anatomy as they review the most clinically relevant wrist ligaments.
